Factions Rules.
Failure to follow these regulations will result in punishment
@ PK Faction Wars: Player Kill Wars
PK wars for short. These types of wars are wars that are to be organized beforehand. The conditions are win/lose, but the conditions must be clear to both parties involved. To start this type of war, both parties must both agree to it OOC, unless the consent of Head of Factions allows it without agreement.

# 1.1. Roster Exchange
Both factions and/or parties involved are required to exchange a list containing any and all of the participating members. Alternative accounts within the PK war will not be allowed, and will be punished if found doing so. All members that are claimed to be inactive should be removed and taken out from the PK war.
# 1.2. Participation
The only faction members that are allowed to participate in this war and attack the other party are the members that were listed and exchanged on the roster. The remaining faction members may be used to defend your own faction turf if attacked.
# 1.3. Attack Cooldowns
Any and all attacks that were done against the opposing party/faction on their headquarters, turf and/or property can only be done once every hour after the attack. The attacking party must leave after finishing the attack.
# 1.4. Killed or taken out members
Any faction members who have become injured during the attack or in relation to the PK war will be considered removed from the war. This doesn't just apply to the opposing faction, but also to LSPD, and/or other factions. Any remaining members apart of the war that have been prisoned and/or jailed for more then 1 hour are also considered to be removed.
# 1.5. Weapon and mask restrictions
Snipers, grenades and molotovs are not allowed during a PK war. OOC /mask is also not allowed by members during these types of wars.

# 1.1. Ending a Long Term War
In order to end a LT war, one of the following must apply:
● Head of Factions decision to end the war, if due to OOC issues.
● Faction Mutual Agreement to switch over to a PK war (both parties must agree)
● Opposing faction agrees to a surrender.
# 1.2. Aftermath of a LTW war
These types of wars give out no gains or losses. If either of the parties are looking for this, they're required to switch over to a PK war which must be agreed upon both ends.
@ Faction War: Neither Long Term or Player Kill War
This type of war is when both factions haven't yet issued a PK or Long Term war.

# 1.1. Attack Cooldowns
All faction attacks must be kept realistic OOC time-wise. With these types of "wars", there's absolutely no timers or cooldowns between attacks, but that doesn't mean factions are to be shooting at other factions 24/7, every 20 minutes, hour, etc. All interactions between both parties must be kept reasonable. Faction Management will not allow factions to be shooting at each other 24/7, all the time. This will be considered deathmatching and the involved faction will be punished. If for some reason, faction attacks do end up getting out of hand, then either or factions may get ahold of Faction Management and resort to a Long Term War in which timers and cooldowns will then be in effect. All attacks must have good reasoning, poor reasoning will result in punishment.
# 1.2. Killed or taken out members
Any faction members who have become injured during the attack or in relation to the war will be considered removed from the war. This doesn't just apply to the opposing faction, but also to LSPD, and/or other factions. Any remaining members apart of the war that have been prisoned and/or jailed for more then 1 hour are also considered to be removed.
# 1.3. Weapon and mask restrictions
Snipers, grenades and molotovs are not allowed during a PK war. OOC /mask is also not allowed by members during these types of wars.
